Can I change or cancel my order?

We’ll always do our best to make any requested changes or cancellations before your order is dispatched. However, because orders are often processed quickly, this is not always possible. Which countries do you ship to?

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery is free in UK for purchases over £50. Otherwise, delivery is £4.

International delivery is £10.

G1 FINGER BRACE

How do I find the right size?

 

 

Measure the circumference of your largest finger at its base to find your size. If you are in-between sizes, select the larger option.

Is the G1 finger brace reusable?

Yes, our brace can be used again and again, ensuring you are always ready to perform.

How do I mould my braces?

The moulding process slightly increases overall brace size. Because of this, start with a size that is slightly too tight for the intended finger.

  1. Place the brace/braces into a pan of boiling water and leave
    for two minutes.
  2. Remove the brace/braces from the water. Once comfortable to the touch, apply to the Corresponding finger/fingers.
  3. Next, make a closed fist and hold it for one minute.

You are now all set!

This process can be repeated multiple times for further adjustment.

ACCOUNT

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. It will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
